Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WebcamGirlsReviewed ("the Site", "we") is a community platform where users review and rate cam models and cam platforms. We do not operate any cam platform, we do not process payments, and we do not host or distribute any explicit content.

2. Adults only (18+)

Although the Site itself does not display explicit material, it discusses and links to adult-oriented live-cam platforms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Creating an account requires a valid email address, a username and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Reviews, comments and community rules

• Reviews and comments must reflect your genuine experience. Fake, paid-for or self-promotional reviews are removed.
• No harassment, doxxing, hate speech or sharing of personal information about models or users.
• No links to pirated, leaked or explicit content.
• Reviews are moderated before or after publication. We may edit (typo-level), reject or remove any content at our discretion.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display your content on the Site.

5. Model verification and removal

If you are a model listed on the Site you may claim your profile through our verification process, or request corrections or removal of your listing by contacting us. Profile photos are illustrative snapshots sourced from official platform APIs and filtered by automated moderation to exclude explicit imagery; we remove any image on legitimate request from the person depicted.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound links to cam platforms are affiliate links: if you sign up or spend money on a platform after clicking one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences ratings, which come exclusively from community reviews.

7. No warranty

Platform information, model availability and ratings are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or availability. The platforms we review are independent third parties; your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or of third-party platforms reached through it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
